Cancelled or forgotten appointments:
£30 if cancelled on the previous day
£60 if not attended, or cancelled on the day.
No charge will be made for cancellations 2 or more days in advance.
This policy has been made due to the high incidence of cancellations on the day or day prior to appointments, thus preventing the therapists from being able to offer the slot to another patient. (Payment must be made at the time of the consultation by cash or cheque)
